I found this cute vintage dresser.  It was in fairly good shape but was speaking a nautical design to me.  I sanded, primed and painted and came out with this peaceful scene.  Great for a nursery or entry way.

So getting creative on this composite deck decorating, I found many great sites about pallet furniture.  I decided to try my hands at making a couch.  This couch I made from two pallets.  The cushion form I upholstered and I made the matching pillows.

So last year a friend of ours built a composite deck onto our house.  I had all kinds of ideas of what and how I wanted to decorate it for the ultimate oasis.  The picture below is common to the set I wanted at a cost of about 1200.00...the hubby said no.  So it was time to get creative....
